November 1st (Fri) ~ 30th (Sat)
Butter:
I had to use up the butter I had bought in bulk early on. Once I finish it, I don’t think I’ll buy butter again for a while. Instead, it seems better to use the fat from the meat when cooking or cook eggs with coconut oil. If given the chance, I’d like to try clarified butter (ghee). I noticed that consuming butter seemed to cause acne on my face. However, eating snacks or processed foods from the store worsened my acne even more. While it’s unclear if butter is truly the main cause of acne, it’s evident that the negative impact of processed foods on the skin is greater than butter.
Chicken Thighs:
Adding chicken to my meals didn’t noticeably decrease my energy for the day. However, it felt slightly less satisfying in terms of fullness. With its great crispy outside and tender inside, it would pair well with beef. The price is also appealing.
Fruits:
Eating fruit in the morning served as an ideal meal to break my fast. It wasn’t overly filling or too light, providing enough energy to start the day effectively.
Exercise:
Salt, water, and honey before exercise—this combination was incredibly effective. Truly pre workout hack.
Gut Health:
When I first started following an animal-based diet, I often had digestive issues after eating food from regular restaurants. However, these days, I don't experience severe problems anymore. It feels like my gut has become stronger. Going forward, I plan to maintain this diet on my own so that I can still enjoy meals with others during social gatherings.
November 2024 Summary:
It seems possible to maintain an animal-based diet with chicken as well. Since it’s cost-effective, mixing it with beef can help reduce food expenses. !Absolutely avoid processed foods (seed oils, corn syrup, starch, and other unknown chemical ingredients)! Having a light fruit like a banana or an apple for breakfast doesn’t seem to be a problem. Morning fruit has been a success.
Food to Slowly Add Next Month:
Black Pepper, Organic Dates, (Coconut oil, or Ghee in 2025 perhaps)

However this is certainly extraordinary experience to me. 5:05 AM with clear spirit? This is something. When I'm feeling hungry, it's incredibly hard to resist the snacks right in front of me. I shouldn't have started in the first place today, but once I started eating refined carbs, I just kept going. I consumed a lot of sugar, starches, seed oils, and various chemical additives. Notes: It's already 100 days of Carnivore diet(not that strict though). The reason I follow a carnivore diet is not for the sake of stylishly sculpting my body, but to find the most fundamental diet that minimizes time and cost while maintaining health. In summary, the core idea is to drastically reduce grocery shopping and cooking time, cut expenses on various ingredients, avoid processed foods as much as possible, and enjoy natural ingredients and products in their purest form. Cultivating and adhering to such eating habits on a daily basis is the fundamental context of this diet.
