Coconut Oil
I tried using coconut oil for 15 days this month, thinking it would pair well with eggs in the morning. Initially, I planned to use it for about a month, but unexpected physical reactions led me to stop after just 15 days. The main reason was that coconut oil is a rapidly absorbed fat. My body doesn’t seem to handle large amounts of fat well, and even a single spoonful of coconut oil used for cooking eggs exceeded my absorption capacity, eventually resulting in diarrhea. In conclusion, while coconut oil smells great, I think I’ll stick to using butter, tallow, or ghee instead.
Potion (Green Tea, Cinnamon stick, Ginger)
I brewed tea by steeping green tea, cinnamon sticks, and ginger in hot water, as they are known to be beneficial for blood circulation, antioxidation, fatigue recovery, muscle pain relief, and cold hands and feet. Since ancient times, plants have been used as medicinal ingredients, so I drank this tea—my so-called "potion"—morning and night to help with fatigue recovery, muscle regeneration, and fat burning. In the morning, I added green tea for its caffeine content, while in the evening, I mainly used cinnamon and ginger to stay warm during the cold winter. I definitely feel less fatigued, and I can almost see the muscles starting to appear around my lower belly. It seems that consistently drinking this potion in the morning and evening will be very beneficial.
Dine with Others
When I eat alone, I stick to steak and eggs, but when dining with others, I prioritize enjoying time with my family, friends, and neighbors. As stated in Romans 14, eating with faith allows everyone to share a peaceful time together and express love, which I firmly believe is the most proper attitude. Therefore, even if I don’t follow a strict carnivore diet, I believe it is right to maintain a diet that considers those around me.
January 2025 Summary:
Meat and eggs are essential, even on cold winter days. Animal fat is the key. I focus my diet on meat and eggs while eating more flexibly when dining with others. I enjoyed my tea in the morning and evening, embracing both relaxation and health. Steak, eggs, and tea.

After washing my hair with soap today, my impression is… it feels stiff. I might need to use mildly acidic soap or rinse with vinegar. Still, I’ll stick to using only soap for about a month.
